I can help you grow your Martial Arts business into a great cash-flowing asset that pays you very well every month whilst having a remarkable student standard.

I have invested over £100’000 in my Martial Arts Business mentorships and learnt from the best in the world.

Unlike other people you may speak to – I’ve been there and done that – I am a Black Belt in growing and running a PROFITABLE Martial Arts school. If you want to grow your school to unbelievable heights, have a great student standard and earn fantastic money then I’m the person you need to speak to.

I built up a profitable Karate school that allowed me to build a thriving property portfolio that provides ample passive income, pay off my mortgage at age 32, drive nice cars, go on nice holidays and have more in savings than I ever thought possible all before I was 40! I’m not saying this to brag – I’m saying it so you know I can 100% help you in your goals. I can help you grow your business profits and help you build your ideal life.

I started my Karate ‘club’ in January 2004 and transformed it through professional mentorship and a continual learning mindset into a thriving, profitable Karate ‘school’. At the time of writing, I am a 6th Degree Master Black Belt and currently working towards my 7th Degree. I am telling you that not for you to be in awe but more to explain that I have been continually involved in martial arts for coming up to 30 years, nearly 25 years owning, running and growing my highly profitable karate school.

My karate school grossed approx. £30’000-£35’000pcm meaning we were grossing in the range of £360’000-£420’000 per year. It’s not the gross that matters though, it’s the net amount, the amount you take home that matters. I built a lean operation and the average profit per year was anywhere from £180’000-£240’000. If this sounds mind blowing believe me that I could have grown it much further and I know how to but unfortunately something happened which made me reevaluate my life. This was not a chain of schools – my choice was to have a single school location with a great standard providing me with a fantastic lifestyle. Just imagine if I had decided on opening a chain of schools.

I built up a team of 10 home grown instructors – 4 of which were full-time meaning their career was teaching Karate. If you are running your school part time at the moment and stuck in a job then I can help you get out of the job and earn more doing what you love – teaching martial arts. I know the methods of turning your passion into profits.

We had an active count of 250 (active count and membership base are not the same).

Our average student value per month was £245 (families pay this if the value is there)

We were not a McDojo (although the more successful and profitable you become be aware that other instructors scraping by don’t like it & they will be jealous).

I teach my mentees how to;

Create unbelievable value.

Develop a truly unique program.

Price their tuition properly.

Build a strong team (including team training).

Develop systems so you are not tied to your school.

Implement successful marketing to flood your school with new students.

If you want to dominate your competition, to be the best in your town, to earn +£10’000pcm in NET cash flow then I can help you. If you are a driven, committed martial artist who wants to build a profitable business and lead a fantastic life then don’t hesitate, get in touch asap. One of my biggest mistakes that stumped my growth and left over £500\000 on the table was waiting 10 years before I sought professional mentors, I was stepping over pounds to pick up pennies, please don’t make that mistake.  As soon as I invested in mentors my business profits skyrocketed.

Why am I doing this?
One of my great property mentors said I should help the new generation of instructors coming through to build up profitable and ethical Martial Arts businesses. He asked me if when I was opening up back in 2004 would I have found it valuable to have a Martial Arts specific mentor who could point out the land mines and show me the short cuts, my answer was an astounding YES. He also said other instructors can learn so much from me and it will inevitably speed up their growth which in turn would help professionalise the industry and allow people to be paid properly for what they do. As a good mentee I did what I was told by my mentor and here we are.

If you are driven, committed and 100% serious about growing your school, then you need to get in touch.
